New federal legislation has been introduced this week that would bring Massachusetts television stations back to the Berkshires.

A self-taught astronomer in Great Barrington, Massachusetts has been taking his telescope out at night to teach anyone who wants to learn about the universe.

As darkness fell one recent summer night, Rick Costello set up his telescope in front of the library in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. He took a sign from his car and hung it on a nearby post. It read, “Come see the universe.”
