A seat on the 4:32 p.m. train out of Hartford’s union station is emerging as the most coveted seat on the CTrail’s new Hartford Line that was launched in June.

This year, ballot Question 2 asks Massachusetts residents to consider whether or not corporations have the same constitutional rights as people.

It’s been a much-debated topic in and out of courtrooms since as far back as the late 1800s, and more recently, following the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission.

The FBI's highly anticipated supplemental background check on Brett Kavanaugh was sent to the White House and Capitol Hill overnight, with senators set to review the report on Thursday in the final chapter of what has become a deeply acrimonious confirmation battle.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., announced the planned arrival of the report on Wednesday night and said all senators would get a chance to review it ahead of the next procedural milestones in the chamber.
